Where to stay for a weekend visit?

My husband and I will be visiting Omaha for a concert next Saturday night (if you like great alt-country and tiny, intimate performances, check out https://undertowshows.com/collections/clem-snide/products/omaha-ne-july-13) and plan to stay Friday and Saturday night.
We're not familiar with the city, and wondered if there's an area to stay that has some bars/live music venues we can walk to from our hotel both nights?
