Rad Edition content

So I bought Rad Edition on Xbox since it was on sale Friday. I started it today and didn't get notified about any of the DLC. I look in My Games and Apps to see if it is installed, but they are labeled as, "Doesn't need to be installed." Are they available once I get further in the game or do I have to clear my cache?
