I have often read and even contributed to the posts that why we are into agegap dynamic. Therefore, I am outlining in this post how my mentors since the childhood induced me to agegap dynamic in terms of motivations to provide care, mentoring and listening services.

I believe my these traits come from the fact I was nurtured well by my parents and other fatherly figures in my life, such as the teachers. Coming from a marginalized background, such 'old and experienced' people help me moved into a career of professoriate in a good UK business school. Therefore, I wish to mentor and care others who need it now. To me, agegap dynamic would be a payback and thanks to the best people I have had in my life.
