Over 100 units in the field, 35k dead on their side, and still they have over twice my available manpower. What the actual fuck am I supposed to do as the northern territories to deal with this giant who has apparently 5 million people and no natural enemies.

Edit: 50k dead Canadians and not an end in sight. Somehow he gets to park 150 fully supplied troops across the border but I'm struggling to get supply to an army 3/4 the size with better infrastructure on my side. Make this make sense.

Edit 2: they made it make sense. Apparently, my special units are taking too much supply. Also I managed to get cores on some very valuable spots so I bridged the manpower gap a little, the only issue I'm having is converting that manpower into results.

Edit 3: for those interested: I DID IT! Hit two nasty encirclements on them and managed to push them eastward and eventually toppled them. Did the same to my neighbors in the south just to immediately get declared war on by NCR and Mexican Zapata in a faction together with a combined 500k army manpower. What. The. Fuck.

Edit 4 for whoever is still caring at this point: in a World War 4 scenario where me, provisional state of Texas, and a far south Mexican nation are all at war with the NCR who is in a faction with one of the Mexican AI's. We're likely to win at this rate, but God damn is it a slog getting through some of the territories the NCR controlled.
