It’s been over a week since I’ve been able to access my account. My fault for misspelling the my email address. But holy shit how do they not confirm your email address before completing your account?
I’ve been in contact with customer support. They got my email address corrected. I get chat and match notifications via email so that is confirmed. However, I have not gotten a password reset email despite them trying and me. Now they’ve been silent on my ticket for 3 days. Not a word from them.
I had two quality chats going but I’m sure they’ve disconnected thinking they’ve been ghosted for a week now.
