32 [M4F] Help me through Sober October.

So, I've got a bit of a drinking problem. Since I was about 18, I used alcohol to self-soothe the stresses of life. I have a labor intensive job that also requires me to problem solve on the fly, so at the end of the day, I just want to unwind with few beers. That being said, the older I get, the more I realize that's not exactly healthy. So, I've decided to quit cold turkey, at least for October, in hopes that I can make it a permanent change. I'm just looking for someone to help keep my mind occupied and hopefully build a friendship through sobriety. I've got face pics in my profile, if that matters.
