Hello, I'm Krissy, 30 y/o trans woman, grew up in Cleveland Ohio. I am disabled and have some health issues but I try to make the best of life. I can be awkward at times but am fun and quirky lol.
Humility and honesty are my virtues. I prefer talking to people that are Down-to-Earth, and don't fixate on social media or what people think about them, but rather on living in the moment. I don't care about politics and religion. We can disagree and still respect each other!
Currently I am looking for platonic friends. The people I grew up were bad influences, and it's hard to make friends after graduating.
I'm a dorky weirdo, have a lot of hobbies, and love history and science. I will never run out of things to talk about. I write and play music on many instruments, but have not have had much success financially. Currently writing folk music, last year I was doing ambient.
My hobbies usually involve the outdoors, hiking, fishing, even hunting and trapping I started recently. I am a wildlife conservationist and advocate for birds especially, as I am a fan of watching and listening to them. I like reading classic literature and westerns. Western everything really, trains, horses, hats, boots and spurs... I worked in a stables when I was young, and went to rodeos as a kid, and I love it all.
I vape legal medical cannabis, but am not a stoner. I will drink small amounts for social occasions, but prefer not to. I don't do drugs or smoke cigarettes. I tend to be a bit apolitical and try to avoid the news and doomsayers, it drains me.
Currently I am living with my boyfriend of 4 years in NE Ohio. We have an elderly cat. I grew up with all kinds of animals and don't mind being around them.
I used to drive but stopped when I lived downtown in an apartment, so I bus, walk or rideshare to get around, which I do not mind. Maybe I'll get a car soon, but I'm not in a rush to be on the road with people who don't pay attention.
Anyway, if I don't sound like too much of a burden maybe we can talk some more!
