Hello! Main takeaway is in the title but I'll expand a bit:

I'm cute, chill, sane, clean/ddf, and I'm going to be visiting for work, have a nice hotel room, and have some free time in the evenings both Tuesday & Wednesday, so why not try to set up a date? We can meet at a good place for some food or a drink (of your choice, though I'm almost for sure getting ramen one night) so we can get a feel for each other in person and then if we're both comfortable and interested in going further I'm happy to host at my hotel downtown.
