Please Help. Long time tailgater here Maryland game Oct. 7th only streaming on peacock, how can we watch at RV lot tailgate when streaming options not always dependable?

We have the dish tailgater pro Satelite dish and various channel subscriptions BUT those don’t give access to streaming service. Getting a hot spot is NOT dependable as half the time there is no reception when 100k people are slamming the towers. Any suggestions welcome and appreciated. Thank you.
