My SO and I both have our cards. He suffers from diverticulitis and had bowl resection surgery January 2020 after six months of infection and burst colon. He consumes a lot of flower. We never put the flower in the equation for anything affecting his digestion. It's a ugly cycle. No appetite from his add meds. Works in restaurants so food is not appealing..at all. Eats dinner, that I make him eat. Takes trazadone to sleep, so he sleep eats...I mean he sleep gorges himself. He wakes up nauseous and usually vomits. It's the most unhealthy relationship with food I have witnessed. His doctor is on vacation, so he saw one in the practice. First question she asked was about smoking cannabis. (Is the way you consume an issue for our health? ). I know the legal issue with our program, but heath issue not lung related? Anyone else have experience with digestion and/or diverticulitis????
