Hocking Hills State Park Campground
Post Body

Hello,

So before I start this out. I am an Ohioan, I’ve been to Hocking Hills, I like camping (not extreme back wilderness camping but going to a tent site and setting up), and hiking. I have stayed at a few of the Campgrounds in the area. One of which was very cheap and outdated but had a great rustic feel ( Top of the Caves ? ) and the other was a “ new wave” campground ( Campbell Cove).

But I was wondering if it is worth it to pitch a tent at the physical State Park or if I should stick with the private businesses nearby ? I am asking this now because I know I need to do some bookings here soon.

If not the state park then is there another campground you all recommend ?

Edit: This is also for weekend camping ^ Friday and Saturday. Potentially a holiday weekend. But not going to use PTO atleast not right now
