Hi there! I tried to message, but unfortunately have received no response, so I was hoping maybe your customers could get a response here.

I was about to buy a product recently, returning customer, when I noticed that the latest COA available for the product was over a year old (Aug 2023), and asked whether there were any updated documents.

Since I had time to wait for your response, I took a look at all Products & Docs currently listed on your Certificates of Analysis page. Results:

• Have a COA dated 2024: 52 product listings
  
• Latest COA posted is Pre2024: 106 product listings (11 of them being Pre2023 & all currently Avail for sale)
• COA =NONE, 'COMING SOON': 37 product listings
  

And though some products were listed as OUT of Stock, a majority were Available/In Stock for purchase. With No or No Recent testing results available.

So what's going on? This seems extremely odd as your company used to seem pretty structured & focused on quality. This is concerning seeing how you were a trusted resource of proven quality products for many researchers.
Also, randomized testing on some of your products have seemingly come back with ZERO peptide.

I printed the Cert of Analysis page to PDF so the counts as of that day were proven to correlate to the lists within my spreadsheet.
