It looks like they used DHL to ship my cases to me. I live in Vancouver, Canada. And as some of you know, if there is ANY import charges, even though it is $0.1, DHL will make you pay $15 tax to DHL because "DHL paid import charges in advace behalf of you". It is called "Processing Fee" and "Transacation Fee", and each cost $10 and $5. They are not duty or tax. You pay these to DHL, not the government. So essentially, it can be considered delievery fee.
So just expect around $20 surprise delievery fee when you order it internationally. I contacted the customer service, but they never got back to me.
Update: I found something more ridiculous. The fee I payed is not occured when it passed Candian border, but it is occured when it passed US border from Taiwan. It means that I payed for the import charge that Rhinosheild should've payed. It is them decided to produce the item in Taiwan, not me. And there was no notice I would be paying this import charge.
Hi David, very sorry to hear about the charges that you have received from DHL. A similar question was posted on our sub a few weeks ago and I have already provided an explanation about this, here's the link to the post mentioned!
Also, I have sent you a DM message to talk about this, so please do check your DM inbox :)
