Suggestion: Ability to upload an image file for video thumbnails, and edit thumbnails after posting.
Post Body

I would love to have the ability to choose a specific image file for your video thumbnails, and to be able to edit the thumbnails after uploading without having to delete and re-upload the media.

I have lately been creating thumbnails for my videos by screenshotting a good moment from my video and editing the image into the start of the video. This can be a tedious process, and also makes my videos not as clean since they start with a frozen frame for a split second.

I am thinking of YouTube where they allow you to select a separate file for your thumbnail, and even give the option to change it after uploading, as well.

I have a couple older videos that I would love to be able to change the thumbnail on (without having to re-upload the entire video with a new video file that includes a screenshot at the start, as that gets rid of all your likes on the video), as I can tell they aren’t getting much traction due, in part, to boring thumbnails, or thumbnails that don’t give audiences a very good idea of what they are clicking on.

Let me know what u guys think! Thanks for reading!
