Somewhat new hire moving to tech looking for general advice. Especially when it comes to customers.
Post Body

I was pretty much hired because like half of the tech department was leaving for college. Along with the fact that I have a degree and certifications in computer networking. Really need the customer service experience since no one will hire me without it.... besides Office Depot of course. Trust me I've tried all year and part of last year.

Otherwise we get maybe 1 - 4 jobs for the tech bench a day. So I still haven't really been trained on how to do all of the paperwork yet. Spent the past month learning how to run the registers and other retail related things. This is my first retail job so they're kind of babysitting me a lot.

Based on this subreddit I'm super curious on the likelihood of my store closing since we usually meet most of our goals.
