Help formatting a stocking stuffer brochure?

Hi out there, I've never posted on this forum before and this is a crazy time to do it. But I'm up late trying to put together a brochure to put in my partner's stocking that is about a custom weekend away I've planned for us. I more or less like the template I have chosen, but am wrestling with getting it to do what seem like some basic things. Would anyone be up for helping me? I'm not sure how I would send you the document, as I cannot attach it here.
