We use Office365 with Outlook. I primarily use the installed app on my Windows 10 pc during business hours, but have used the online and iOS apps as well.
Clients will approach me and request meetings. I am primarily task oriented, so I generally have much more unallocated time than they do. I usually have three standing weekly meetings. I have five for the next few weeks as I'm in crunch time on one project.
Outlook gives me the option to share a calendar, but when I tested it by sending it to my personal email, it looks like it requires users to log into Outlook. I have no way of knowing what email service they use. I know for a fact a lot of them use Gmail. Google says there is an option to share availability over a time period I define. I see it in Outlook for iOS, but it's not really helpful. I don't want to select three blocks of time on Tuesday when I am available. I don't see it in the Web app. Instead I see a scheduling poll, which is useless with people outside of office.
I made this in Excel for a request to meet next week. Is there anything that can do this?
