The company I work for has our email setup so that email signatures are automatically generated via the server by compiling data from various sources. Is there a way as an end user (no admin or systems access) to bypass or disable that automatic signature?
The signature doesn’t show up when creating / replying to an email, and if I go into office / outlook settings, I can’t see the email signature in the signature settings section.
While I don’t have admin / systems access, I have figured out how to access settings within the laptop (regedit and other hardware specific settings).
Thank you!
