Hi all,
I will have about 300 people that I will need to split into 15 groups - they will each be assigned something differently based on the group that they are assigned to.
Originally I wanted to print out pictures/numbers that represent the group, cut them out and put them in a pot so that it can be distributed randomly but not only does it take a long time to print, cut and distribute but it is also not a sustainable practice.
I had an idea of maybe doing so digitally by creating a random number generator between 1 to 15 (and limiting each number up to 25 people only) which we can link to a qr code so that the participants can go to the qr code, get assigned a number and then on the next slide of the presentation I can then tell them which number correspond to which group (or even better, assigning them to the group immediately).
I was thinking maybe kahoot or menti would be capable of doing that but I dont think they are, now thinking maybe microsoft forms would be possible?
Do you know if microsoft forms can be programmed to do that or can you suggest alternative ways of doing this but still digitally too?
Thank you!
