Removing old work account

I’ve followed every step I’m aware of to remove my old work account from my iPhone. I see no trace of it. However, when I downloaded the Microsoft To Do app, I was prompted to sign in (as pictured) and my old us.gt.com account shows up as an option. As mentioned, I see no sign of the account on the device… I’m just curious why it’s showing here. Any thoughts?
