Led light bar for garvin expedition roof rack

Good Afternoon- I have a couple ridged cubes in my front bumper believe they are floods but was thinking of going with a cheaper option for a light bar in my garvin adventure.
1.Any recommendations on LED light bars that won’t break the bank.
2’. Is there irritating wind noise. I do have the wind deal on it now
- Would I be better off spending the money on a few more cube ridged cubes.
I guess I like the co guy look but am worried about wind noise and if there is a decent light bar that isn’t total junk.
