First time in my life, pinapanalangin kong sana matapos na holiday.
This is my first time working sa service industry. First year din na I won’t get to be with my family on Christmas Day. I work as a barista, and yes pagod na pagod na ko sa araw araw na pinapasok ko.
I work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week. Simula pagpasok ko hanggang paguwi I am trying to do my best and deliver excellent customer service kahit sobrang pagod ko na. Mentally and physically. Imagine, 10 hours. Kaya all I want for Christmas nalang is, sana mabawasan na irate customers. Let’s all be understanding, considerate and habaan ang patience this Christmas season.
