I saw this tiktok vid where she said âI canât believe my older sister doesnât have an older sisterâ then she listed all of the things that she does/doesnât because of her older sister.
Napaisip ako na and I realized na oo nga no? Literally trial and error kami sa mga bagay sa buhay. Samantalang yung mga kapatid ko they navigate their life with the knowledge of what are the things that I did right and the things that I did wrong. Basic example na lang is when I turned 18, ako lahat nag-asikaso ng valid idâs, enrollment, etc (our parents are busy working kaya they donât/canât help us with these stuff). I had to figure things out by myself, while sila alam na nila gagawin kasi sasabihin ko na lang. Ganun din sa pagpili ng course, pag-manage ng pera, and etc.
I love that I can help my younger siblings thrive, pero I wish I had an older sister din to help me navigate life.
