I was a COS employee for 2 years and never had the opportunity to have a plantilla position. I was happy back then but it is hurting my bulsa to the point na nabubutas na(always delayed ang sahod and no benefits nor bonus) I resigned from that job for a greener pasture kasi I am a working student ang hirap ng hindi mo alam kung sasahod kaba or hindi kasi yung mga bills mo sure kung kailan yung due date pero ngayon na mimiss ko mag work sa public service.

I’m applying to several agencies for a plantilla position pero bakit ganon ang hirap pala talaga pag wala kang backer. I am starting to lose interest and gusto ko ng sukuan to. Bat ba kasi sa dami ng pwedeng magustuhan na work yung aligned sa public service pa.
