Here again with my officemate rants.

So my officemate escalated me sa aming head manager na it is already 1 month daw at hindi pa ako nagrerespond sa simple email nya. With the notes pa na:

It's funny how this is just a simple email but it is taking him a month to answer. I thought he was a good engineer as he claim he is?

Kuha nya talaga gigil ko bhie. Yung Email nya August 6. Nagreply ako sa Trail agad agad with all the required documents August 6 din mismo. Sya ang hindi nag acknowledge.

So nung nagkaroon ng meeting for this, pinakita ko lahat ng trail. Hindi sya makasagot. Sabi nya possible daw nasira email nya so pinasearch sa email nya right away. Nakita naman. Nabasa na nga nya. Hindi sya makasagot.

Oo petty nanaman tong ginawa ko pero sabi ko sa meeting next time you try to question my integrity makes sure it wont bounce back on you because I can drag you in the pits where you wanna put me.

Tapos nireplyan ko yung thread na sinasabi nyang di ako nagrereply at naglagay ako ng procedure how to search emails before complaining.

Passive aggressive lang. At syempre inescalate ko rin sya for wasting my time just because he isnt reading emails. In the end sya ang nagkawarning letter. And I sent him a PM na "it's funny how not reading emails lead you to all of this, right?"

Sarap sirain ng buhay nito hanggang magresign. If we burn you burn with us tangina ka papansin! Hahaha
