Sobrang scary ng change cos I've been complacent for almost 2 years na. Mataas yung pay compared to other local jobs to be honest pero ang dami na din kasing remote work na nago-offer ng competitive salary.

My current work doesn't have that structure that I was looking for. My boss doesn't have boundaries. The job doesn't offer a career growth. Lately ko lang din nalaman na 4 pala kaming halos sabay sabay nagfile ng resignation. And yes, inallow nila dahil wala ngang structure. The team is sinking dahil I think sa boss na rin.

Ngayon I feel anxious dahil parang magsisimula ako uli. Kailangang maging bibo. It was long ago since I've felt enthusiasm sa work. Hopefully bumalik sya pag may bago nang environment. Hindi rin ako sure kung better ba yung mapapasukan kong bago pero need ko na kasi magfile ng resignation dahil need pa magrender ng 30 days baka mag-overlap kasi.
