Original post got deleted.

So I'm (M28) in a new team as the only IT dev. It's a fun and challenging experience kasi this is my first time directly interacting with the CSR team. Lahat ng reklamo nila or anything na feeling nila ang tedious, I fix and automate it all for them and make their lives easier.

30 tickets na pare parehas? Here, a tamper monkey script to filter them out with one click.

Need to sort and combine hundreds of client files? Easy, run this python script. From 1 week to 1 hour.

Tired or refreshing manually and monitoring? No problem, I'll fix it so it notifies on your Slack mobile if there's anything new. Go, mag yosi ka na sa baba habang buhay.

...

One month in and someone shouted na "May sweldo na". A bit excited kasi finally sweldo na(who doesn't?) so I also checked my email and skimmed through the payslip just to check if there's any weird deductibles and everything seems okay.

Few seconds lang lahat to nangyari then narinig ko agad sa likod ko na "grabe yun, big boss". My officemate was standing and fully looking at my monitor so I immediately closed my browser.

"laki pala bigayan sa IT, patype type ka lang, 6 digits na"

I felt awkward kasi parang sobrang na downplay naman yung pag hihirap ko sa work.

The worst part is, a day later na chika na niya sa buong team and everything just feels off.

So for the whole week, I get random jabs of "bossing, libre naman jan".

I got approached with "Bro, pautang naman need lang for emergency. Bayaran ko sa next sweldo".

Finally, I got this irking remark of "Parang sayang bayad sa IT, bagal ng internet oh".

You've all given nothing but praises to me for the past month since I've been continously helpful and had all your work significantly become easier with the things that I've done but just because I have better compensation, I get ostracised and be put in a position where I am the "greedy" one?

I'm thinking of resigning na and it's sad kasi sobrang dali nila lahat maka sama. I'm an introvert but they've all been accommodating and everyday was fun until after knowing my salary then suddenly they're all acting like I'm doing something unfair.
