Ang weird lang talaga na kapag hindi mo ginagalingan o you’re not giving your best, sisitahin ka. Pero kapag ginalingan mo naman, tatawagin ka na “tagapagmana ng kumpanya”. So saan ba tayo lulugar?

Nasa middle ground na ako ngayon—hindi na ako nag-o-overstay sa work para magawa ko pa yung sideline ko. Hindi na rin ako nagre-respond sa mga messages o emails kapag lagpas na sa working hours. Minimum effort na lang talaga sa work ngayon. Pero yung isang beses na ginalingan ko, may comments pa rin. Di ko na minsan alam kung ano gagawin.
