At times, it really sucks to terminate an employee

Post Body

I'm a Labor Relations practitioner and I have done a fair share of terminations in my career. I've been practicing it for almodt a decade.

But at the end of the day, gagawin mo pa rin kahit masama sa loob mo.

Just sharing because that is exactly what I had last week. Isang dasurv then isang nakakaguilty pero wala eh, your career sustains your life. Don't get me wrong, masaya ako sa standing ng career ko pero meron talagang parts na medyo masakit gawin.

That day was really a long day for me week, and naaalala ko pa rin.
