For context, 5 years na ko dito at andami ng bigay saking responsibilities tapos minimal lang yung increase after giving me thise additional work. Wala man lang HMO tapos 5 yearly leave credits lang (yung minimum ng DOLE), then once a week lang na wfh. Okay lang sana kung majority is wfh eh. Kung makasumbat pa tong asawa ng boss ko wagas.

Baka ako lang naman to, pero parang suhol yung 10k for us to stick kasi alam naman nilang they can't offer what other companies can. Pero aalis pa rin ako. Tama na, sobra na, lipat na hahaha. Time to move on na.
