I feel so lonely

I know and I understand that most of the time people don’t really understand me or I don’t understand my own emotion. I feel my family and friends finds me unproblematic and if I do share it always goes through a series of interruption or even sort of a competition to which who has the worst day. The feeling that you are surrounded with people but still being singled out. Maybe I just need to let this out.
