advice on achieving my my Tiny House goal.
Post Body

After hearing about the tiny house movement I became excited with its ideal to live rent free-mortgage free-utility bill free- in your own self sustaining home. My dream is to have my own A frame(one person) Tiny house (not on wheels) somewhere on a small patch of land. The steps I need help advice on his one to easily and cheaply obtain a small piece of land land to homestead on. Than how I design the A frame how to tally up the cost and since I'm not actually a builder how hire the right builders. As far a improvising my utilities go I can figure out things like lights, heat but I really haven't decided on if or not I can live with out running water(and if a rain catch would make do) and since I want to be off grid could I have things like shower-sink-toilet flush(tho I hear composting isn't so bad) with alternative flow sources like grey water or maybe tapping a spring! That's kind of a raw regurgitation on my homesteading goals. Right Now sort of live in a mother in law type deal but know it wont last but would also sort of like to keep cost down the same way so any advice or elaboration on what I already put here would be rad!
