Blurry/ seeing pixels?

I don’t know how to fix it but it is annoying I can see pixels everywhere, I tried changing the lens spacing I have moved my headset around my face to look for a better angle and nothing works, this might sound stupid but could it be having good vision? Because I let my mom and my sister try(they are terribly blind without their glasses) and I asked them they said it was crystal clear. Does anybody have some tips it makes games really annoying, even when I try not to pay attention to them
