need help with question of virtual desktop.

for context i'm going to use the headset remotely connected to my pc which is about 10km away
the pc's internet is gigabit fibre 1000/1000 mbits but the house where i'm going to play the games on the quest internet is 30 mbits down and 6mbits up
i know it's not a great connection but it should be enough to work and i know that HEVC Adds a bit of latency to the stream but significantly reduces the amount of bandwidth needed vs h.264
if anyone can help me it would be really great.
