Hi Guys

Just bought an Oculus Quest 2 and usb 3.1 cable to play my pc games in VR

Have seen a few posts regarding best settings - but they all seem to contradict 1 another

I've set render res to max (5048 x 2376) & 90hz refresh in oculus app

SteamVR had render resolution default to 150% - 3312 x 3348

Are these best settings as i'm sure read somewhere that SteamVR setting should be LOWER res than occulus ???

I'm running rtx 3080 & ryzen 5 3600

Games ive tried so far - Elite Dangerous - looks really good if a little blurry on distance, No Mans Sky - really blurry & gave motion sickness, SW Squadrons - again pretty good but a little blurry
