My oculus quest 2 is unusable…

I have a lot of bugs on my occulus since I made an update… Every time I turn it on and I have to define my guardian, I start having freezes every second, short black screens repeatedly. The sound also bugs in the same way and my controllers disappear then reappear regularly and even when I manage to define my guardian it also bugs in the same way on the home menu… I don't know what to do… help me
