Oculus Link keeps disconnecting and reconnecting

Heya!
So heres my situation.. Oculus Link likes to do this funny thing where it'll run and play for maybe 15 mins and decides to enter a loop of disconnecting and reconnecting without even touching the headset. I have Quest 1 btw. Anyone know any fix or anyone else have this?
