No USB-C ports on my computer...

So I bought a link cable, and it cane in today and I was so excited to finally be able to do pc vr with my new Quest 2 but I don’t have and usb-c ports anywhere on my computer... anyone know a good adapter that will run it link the base link cable connected straight to the pc through a usb adaptor? Or am I screwed?
