Unable to connect to Virtual Desktop

I'm trying to connect to my laptop via virtual desktop while at work. Laptop and quest are both wirelessly connected to the same 5 GHz network at work. The quest "sees" my laptop but it says the computer is unreachable. I've tried running the VD streamer app in admin as well as "manually installing VirtualDesktop.Service" like the FAQ says. Still no luck. Any ideas would greatly be appreciated.
