Good $1500 or less computer on dell.com for Virtual Desktop Quest Streaming?

I recently got to try out streaming SteamVR games to my Oculus Quest headset using my friend's alienware laptop. Google Earth is really Amazing. I have a credit at Dell.com for $2k that was giving to me for a refund on a server. Can anyone recommend a Windows 10 PC I can buy off Dell.com with decent graphics that will be great for VR streaming with Virtual Desktop? Better graphics is more important to me than disk space, as I'll probably almost never use the computer for anything but quest streaming. Thank you!
