Is my Quest 2 working to hard or is it just me?

decided i wanted to see benchmarks for myQuestt 2
I downloaded OVR matrics.

and what I saw kind of scared me and I'm not sure if this is normal, or am I right to be worried?

CPU level:2
Power Level: 0
CPU Utilization: 50-60% (When moving to passthrough or loading a new environment could spike to 80-90%)
GPU level: 4(which to my understanding is pretty damn high
battery level:42 (numbers colored in red)

keep in mind this is only in the Home environment.

so should i be alarmed or am i scaring myself over nothing?
