PCVR becomes impossibly glitchy,

I am using VR desktop to play, its always being a bit on the unstable side for me, but now its became IMPOSSIBLY glitchy the image keep jumping arround,
my internet speed, any other things I am doing in my quest is ok and so is everything else i do internet related. any idea how am i fixing this?
