Quest 3 | Does OS updates install while in standby mode?

Hey,
while shutting down the Quest 3, it initiated the updating installation process - I guess its installing v67 now. I use the setting: going into standby mode after 15 sec. after the display went off (15sec).
I am asking myself if the Quest installs the update in standby mode in the background now or do I have to keep up the Quest by avoiding falling to sleep? So that would mean to wear it until its finished..
