I've found the only way I can stay interested in fitness is VR but everything seems to be upper body only. I've been sticking to supernatural boxing and love it but need some others to help.
I haven't seen any normal fitness or yoga type workouts anywhere, am I missing these or are they hidden in other apps? I get they don't have the sensors and such for anything other than hands, but doesn't have to be a game.
Also are there any accessories I should be buying to help with the fitness type? I'm just getting back into it and have like 4-5 quest 2's sitting on shelves ever since they came out. Buying a 3 today. Not interested in games just stuff that'll help fitness
