So my son got an oculus quest 2 for Xmas and I told my 17 year old to help him set it up. I know nothing about it. Long story short his fb couldn't be age verified so I made a supervision account which didn't link with his Facebook account because he's 10 and doesn't have an ID. I'm trying to link my meta account but it just says "we don't think you're old enough for meta" and can't generate anything. Do i need this Facebook deleted? Do I contact Facebook? No idea what the hell to do this is a mess and its only been 2 days with the damn thing. Can't even reset it. Tried finding customer service online was laughable for either company. Hopefully someone can help.
