With the price of energy dropping from the 1st and I've seen a few things with referrals I'm seriously considering switching to octopus from Scottish power who by far have the worst customer service on earth with 50 minute wait times before you talk to a human only for that person to be completely unhelpful and keep asking you to refer to their website that doesn't work.
I'm only considering switching electricity as I have a lot of credit with my gas supplier.
I also have a smart meter that was installed late last year and was wondering how long a switch would take to octopus considering this.
Thank you.
