This list was put together by VinsanityNZ and myself. I chose his position on the list and he chose mine. We have both played pubs more than anyone else on diameter and have been able to watch and play competitive since the end of season 1 of OLTP so feel we have a grasp on the skill level of the majority of oceanic players. We acknowledge our biases towards certain players and because we joined later than a lot of players, we were not able to witness some of the older players at their peak. We are happy to accept any backlash but remember that this list is just our opinion.

This list is based solely on the skill level of the player at their peak. This includes factors such as mechanical skill, decision making, positioning, ability to make teammates better, big play factor, and experience. This list does NOT take into account player’s communication ability on mumble as this is too hard to measure.
