Seeking Orthotic best orthotic

Recently evaluated a 40 something y/o with advanced ALS and who presents with B/L flaccid wrists which were reported as a top source of discomfort if not positioned correctly. I think she would benefit from B/L wrist orthosis to support both wrists to minimize pain during ADLs. I don't do orthotics often and so I'm just not sure. Can any one give me a good recommendation?
