Hello. I’ve recently gotten into amy first MOT program and am excited. However, I am working as a Registered Behavior Technician right now and am torn on whether or not I would like to get my masters in ABA to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I like what I’m doing now but have always seen OT as my route but I’m confused.
I guess I just want to know the struggles all you current OTs face in the profession? Whether it be pay, staffing, job security etc. I do not want to go into OT school and waste money just to find out I don’t like it. This probably sounds very stupid but I’m truly at a crossroads.
Thank you all!
