How to have mother note immediately get content from child note?

Not sure if it's possible, but I would like to write stuff down in the child note and for example have a heading called "Goals". Only stuff from that part of my note will be immediately visible in the mother note. The main one.
This way I will have all my goals visible in one mother note without having to constantly visit all my other child notes to search what goals I should I achieve for them.
Anyone know? Maybe a plugin or smth?
I am new to Obsidian.
